The Cherry Tree Awards and Recommendations

Since the Restaurant opened in February 2000, it has recieved a number of prestigious European Awards and Recommendations. All Major Restaurant Guides in Ireland currently list the Cherry Tree Restaurant in their latest Guides.


The Michelin Guide Rouge recommends The Cherry Tree Restaurant constantly since 2001.

The latest Guide by Michelin was published on January 23rd 08.

Sally and John McKenna from the Bridgestone Guide "100 Best Restaurants in Ireland" are recommending the Restaurant since 2001 constantly, so as well in 2008.

The following was taken from John and Sally McKenna’s review in the Bridgestone Guide 2004

"Everything about his Cherry Tree Restaurant, at the water’s edge in pretty Killaloe, speaks of someone who has used his experience to guide him in the correct way to orchestrate a restaurant successfully.


Georgina Campbell is currently recommending us in her Ireland-Guide.
